1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Playlist4Active application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Service Description

Playlist4Active is a sports companion utility that records songs played on your Android device during physical activities and appends a formatted tracklist to your matched activity description on Strava.

3. License Grant

Glaucus TC Sp. z o.o. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on compatible Android devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Strava: The Application integrates with the Strava API but is not certified or endorsed by Strava, Inc. You are responsible for complying with Strava's Terms of Service.
Streaming Players: The Application operates independently of Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, YouTube Music, or any third-party player.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Glaucus TC Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Application.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union.
